February Joint Event Luncheon

The February 16^th joint meeting with NAWBO-NOLA, the New Orleans Chamber- Women’s Business Alliance and Goldman Sachs was a great success with over 60 attendees. Held at Le Pavillon, presenter Ronnie Slone engaged the group with information and active participation on “Your Leadership Style”. As member of the faculty of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Slone helped attendees discover their personal leadership style, how that may impact the performance of their company, and confirmed that adjusting their style can elicit higher commitment from employees, build a stronger team and get results. Whether you are an Analytical, Amiable, Driver or Expressive, this “taste” of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program was well worth the time. Attendees also enjoyed connecting with like-minded women professionals during the networking social that followed!
