July Networking Event!

On a balmy July evening, NAWBO-NOLA
partnered with the Women's Professional
Council for a wine-tasting event with small bites at Pearl Wine Company. We brought together two groups that don't share many cross-over members for an evening of networking and an opportunity to learn about other professionalwomen and business owners in our community.
Approximately 50 business women from the two groups were delighted with an offer to taste 4 wines - 2 reds, a sparkling wine, and a white wine. The knowledge of the server and staff at Pearl Wine Company was fantastic.
The Women's Professional Council normally doesn't hold events in July, but those members showed up ready for fun as did our NAWBO-NOLA members and guests. We are continuing to try to expose our members to as many other community business resources as possible. We firmly believe people do business with those they know.
