Jean Kass Connick
Jean Kass Connick began working in the family business, Kass Bros. Inc., as a teenager during summer breaks. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of New Orleans in 1993, she started her career in the family business. Jean is the second generation of the Kass family to carry on the company's strong presence in local construction and community projects.

She has been involved in many aspects of the business over the years, including estimating small jobs, job cost and project planning, environmental regulatory compliance, safety compliance and the development of company policies. Shortly after she began working at Kass Bros. Inc., she was promoted to the position of Secretary/Treasurer. While in that position she was responsible for employee benefits, insurance, bonding, contract administration and financial management. She became President of the company in May of 2002.

Nadine McCoy
Born and raised in East Germany, from which, she and her family escaped via Hungary in early 1989 at only 11 years old. It had been her parent's life-long dream and greatest wish to provide her with opportunity and the ability of choosing a life she wanted to live instead of a government dictating a life for her; which is exactly the reason why Nadine is as dedicated as can be and above all passionate about helping other women reach their goals and dreams and not let anything stand in their way.

Nadine holds a Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Architecture, while living in Germany she was a Specialist in Wholesale and International Trade and is fluent in English and in German. She is the recipient of the Design of Excellence Award from ASID - The American Society of Interior Designers and can be seen in the home renovation TV show Fix It and Finish It with Antonio Sabato Jr., where she transformed a neglected storage area into a beautiful, efficient office space.
